Snowden of Fredericksburg is a behavioral health center located on the Medicorp campus across from Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg. Visits to Snowden currrently involve interacting with the patients in a group environment and are split between adults and children. This past fall, I showed up at Snowden for my Sunday night visit. At the nurses station, I stopped to sign in as usual. There was a small envelope in the sign-in book that was addressed to Stormy and Chris. I put the envelope in my pocket and proceeded with the visit. Later, after I got home, I opened the envelope and was surprised at what I read. I am including a link to the note. You have to read the right hand column first, then the left hand column, but it TOTALLY told me I was providing a much needed service and it made me feel so good that I could bring some happiness to someone at a down point in their life.
